On January 10, Ambassador He Rulong met with Icelandic fashion designer Ms.Anna Morris. Ambassador He introduced the cultural exchanges, economic and trade development and e-commerce cooperation between China and Iceland, pointing out that China's overall economy is recovering steadily with economic vitality continuing to improve and endogenous power of economy growing. China boats 400 million middle-class consumers with huge consumption potential, ready to  welcome more high-quality Icelandic products to enter China. He hoped that Ms.Anna Morris will seize the opportunity to further expand her business in China and contribute to the economic cooperation and trade as well as people-to-people exchanges between China and Iceland.

Ms.Anna Morris shared her story of the visit of the Chinese TV crew "Divas Hit the Road" to her store. She was overwhelmed by the friendliness and enthusiasm of Chinese consumers. She sincerely appreciated the huge spending power of Chinese consumers and said that she would further improve product design, expand business with China, and make efforts in promoting trade and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.
