Ambassador Su Ge Bid Farewell to Icelandic Leaders

Recently, Ambassador Su Ge bid farewell to the President, H.E. Mr. Grímsson, the Prime Minister, H.E. Mme. Sigurðardóttir, the Speaker of Althingi, H.E. Mme. Jóhannesdóttir and the Foreign Minister, H.E. Mr. Skarphéðinsson respectively.

They had cordial and friendly talks. The Icelandic leaders spoke highly of the ever-deepening Iceland-China friendship and cooperation, and the Ambassador's excellent work.

Ambassador Su thanked Icelandic leaders for their timely guidance and valuable support, something indispensible for the success of his diplomatic mission in promoting bilateral relations.

The Foreign Minister, H.E. Mr. Skarphéðinsson held a farewell luncheon at the State Guesthouse for the Ambassador.

The atmosphere was most sincere and cordial.
